Band-O-Rama is a large-scale marching band field show featuring roughly fifteen bands from across the region, including Hamilton. Each band performs its show for a panel of judges and receives an adjudicated score.

This year is the 49th Annual Band-O-Rama!

--Tickets--

Spectator tickets are $10 each and can be paid by credit/debit or by cash. Children 5 and under are free

Gates open at 4pm for spectators

--Security--

Security protocol is mandated by the Hamilton City Schools. All spectators will move through metal detectors and bags will be searched before entering the stadium. Each time a spectator enters or leaves the stadium they will have to go through this security checkpoint.

--Food & Drink--

Bringing outside food and drink onto the school campus is strictly prohibited. We do have a fully staffed concession stand with 12 windows. There should not be extremely long lines. If you plan to arrive early to check out some other groups let us know as well and we will be prepared in the concession stand. Band staff will be able to redeem a voucher for some refreshments. These will be provided to the directors at check in. We offer fresh baked pizza, burgers, hot dogs, marching tacos, and some ice cold Coke products and water! The concession stand will stay open through awards this year!

We do ask that you do not bring outside food into our event. Please no tailgating or picnic type eating on the school grounds. This is a fundraiser for our band and we would appreciate your understanding in this matter.

--Parking--

The Hamilton High School Marching Band values the families and fans that come out every year to watch marching bands compete at Band-O-Rama. We understand that parking is always a challenge and have taken steps to improve the spectator experience.

While we still cannot provide parking on campus (we utilize campus parking for equipment unloading/loading, warm-up spaces, bus drop-off, etc.), we have secured two nearby Hamilton City School District schools as satellite parking locations and will provide shuttling to and from the High School campus, provided by our Hamilton City Transportation Department bus drivers.

We ask that all spectators respect the facilities by not blocking in other cars and to refrain from parking in or driving on the grass.

Satellite Parking Location 1 - Wilson Middle School

Pick up location: The front of the building.

The bus will pick spectators up in a continuous rotation from the front circle. There are parking spots in the front of the building that we ask spectators to reserve for individuals who have physical limitations so they don’t have as far to walk to the bus pick up. There is plenty of room for parking in the rear of the building.

There are also several walkable locations we have secured as well as on-site Handicap Parking. We will have golf carts running between the handicap parking lot and spectator entrance throughout the competition with a pause during Hamilton High School Marching Band’s performance.
